Ergowear Plus II Bikini, Brief and Boxer - Men's Underwear Reviews
Being a big fan of Ergowear, I wasn't sure they could improve my opinion - well they did!
Having written several reviews of Ergowear, I have found myself really enjoying their products. Known for their pouch designs, each of their ranges (X3D, PLUS, Max and Max Light) offer a wonderfully comfortable pouch. The PLUS line (Pouch Lifted and UnSeemed) features just that - a seamless pouch to lift your boys up and away to happiness. Like their other lines, the PLUS lifts things up and naturally out to avoid squashing and sticking as can be found with traditional underwear.
New this year is the PLUS II which is an improvement over last year's design. I've found that the material used is softer and more flexible and like the use of the waistband from the Max range - a wonderful mix. The PLUS II line is made from a quality cotton(90%)/lycra (10%)blend. The fabric in this PLUS II version is wonderful and a great improvement over last year's.With the PLUS, you can position yourself up or down (see picture). While holding things up gives you a larger bulge, it wasn't something that I was used to and preferred to hang down. What are your thoughts - up or down? If you have experience with this position, let me know. (A) is the standard pouch and (B) and (C) are the PLUS pouch. The pouch in all three of my trials - Bikini, Brief, and Boxer, were all very comfortable and supportive. In short, BIG FAN of the Ergowear pouch.
In style, all three styles I tried - Bikini, Brief, and Boxer were quite handsome. In order to make the seamless pouch, however, Ergowear had to add some elastic around the pouch which leaves a bit of a bunched look; with the Bikini, this is minimized. An enhancement in style over last year is the of the Max range waistband - a handsome black waistband with white Ergowear.com lettering.
For rear coverage, I was pleased with all three. Sometimes bikinis can be a bit skimpy, but not with Ergowear. I'm pleased to report that all three had full coverage that didn't ride up at all. Definitely all-day comfortable.
In sum, a fantastic upgrade to a great range. Within the PLUS II range you should be able to find the style you like best. For me, it's a toss up between the three - Bikini and Brief in the summer, but like a Boxer in the cooler months.
For more info, check out Ergowear's site. Sizing is key so be sure to check out their sizing guide.

MaleBasics Bikini Turquesa - A Men's Underwear Review
Reviewed by Eric Layman
The MaleBasics Bikini Turquesa, MB004
Turquoise, is the first of my reviews here on Menswear Review. In reviewing the bikini, I thought I'd look at five main areas: fabric, front, back, style and craftsmanship. Through these review points I am able to better determine the overall rating and, hopefully, give you insight into how this product would work for you.
Fabric: The soft 97% cotton fabric was
very soft and comfortable fit huggingly well. I especially liked the soft elastic waistband. Often with “string bikini” styles
similar to this, the elastic can be uncomfortable and irritating. These were completely abrasion free, including the sewn in tag inside the back.
Front: Although I typically prefer a
roomier front pouch, the pouch was quite comfortable and held the boys in place
well. I wouldn’t consider them
tight; however, if I had to ask for anything more it would be just a tad bit
more room.
Back: The back isn’t quite a full back; it is
more what I would call a half back.
Although I am more accustomed to wearing the fuller back styles, they
fit and stayed in place very well.
I was amazed that there was no tugging and pulling, and I wore them the
entire day.
Style: I think the style is a sexy one that doesn’t sacrifice too
much comfort. They can be worn to
work or in the bedroom.
Craftsmanship: This is the first MaleBasics underwear
I have worn and they appear to be very well made. It is obvious to me that comfort and support are priority in
the way they are made; and they have done a great job.

Olaf Benz Brazil Passion Lab Brief - A Men's Underwear Review
Aside from the sexy cut, what impressed me the most from this pair of Olaf Benz was the incredible material. The fabric is a blend of 86% polyamid and 14% elastane. The combination, along with high grade material, creates a luxuriously soft semi-sheer material that feels like I'm not wearing anything at all, seriously!! The ribbing of the material is very small and creates a hint of sheerness - leaving quite the view for the onlooker. The ultra soft material wraps gently across your body, highlighting all of the special places. Without a doubt, this material really creates a sexy look!
The cut of the brief is exquisite. When I saw that it was a Brazil Brief, I was concerned it would lack rear-end coverage. While the rear coverage is minimal, there is enough to cover mine. Even if the material was short on the rear, I don't think I would have noticed it as the material is SO lightweight! So, with the more minimal cut in the rear plus the sheerness of the material, your posterior couldn't look better.
In front, the pouch was very comfortable. The feather-light material and contour of the pouch made these one of the most comfortable I've worn. Again, adding in the cut of the pouch with the sheerness of the material, it was a pleasant view! :-)
All-in-all, I can say you'd be crazy not to try a pair of Olaf Benz - I don't know what took me so long! If you want sexy, super comfortable underwear, you've found it!! At roughly $36 USD (€ 28.69) they are on the more expensive side but are definitely worth the money spent - truly look and feel like luxury underwear.
