PIPE Underwear just released their new range, Unbeaten!

Unbeaten range included briefs, boxer-briefs, jocks, t-shirts, tanks (singlets), and shorts!!  I love the look of the new range.  It looks like PIPE is expanding what they offer.  I'm sure more will come as this hot new range takes off.  What do you think?

PostHeaderIcon N2N Bodywear 2010 Dream Collection - A Review

So today is one of those cold rainy days...what better a day than to wear my N2N Dream Collection Hoodie and Lounge Pant!  If you've been following my blog you know that I love N2N and have written a few recent reviews on the N2N 2010 Collection.

While the Dream Collection has been out for a bit, this is the first time I've tried the N2N Dream Collection.  Today's review is on the N2N Dream Collection in silver (new color for 2010).  I've been impressed by N2N's Sheer Pants and their Trainer Sweats and was eager to try the Dream Collection.  Not surprising, I'm in love with yet another N2N product.  The Dream Collection is incredibly soft and silk-like and is perhaps one of the softest materials I've felt.  Pure heaven is all that comes to mind when I think the N2N Dream Collection.  The material is a blend of 92% polyester/8% spandex and has a bit of shimmer to it.  Seriously, it feels like you've wrapped yourself in utter luxury when you wear these.

The Hoodie (L5) is long sleeve with a v-neck and hood (of course).  The hoodie fit very well and was super comfortable.  I wore the hood on and off depending on my mood.  I find it kind of sexy to have the hood up. Would you agree?

The Pants (L6) are a lowrise cut and sit comfortably (and quite sexy) at your hips.  The pants are kept up by a drawstring and has no elastic - sexy look and feel.  Just like the sweat pants I reviewed, these drape you very comfortably.  When not wearing underwear underneath, the silky nature of the material shows off your manhood in a rather provocative way - I received a little extra attention that night! ;-)  I  am a 34" waist and tried the mediums which fit perfect and were just the right length.  I could have gone down to a small and still would have been satisfied.  My recommendation is not to size up if you're uncertain - if anything select your real size or go down one (small=34", med=35", large=36").

Both the Dream Hoodie (L5) and Dream Lounge Pants (L6) come in black, slate blue, white and the new silver.  The Hoodie (L5) runs $32 and the Lounge Pants (L6) runs $38 at N2N Bodywear.  While these may seem a bit expensive, they are every bit luxury.  Isn't it time you splurge on yourself?

Without hesitation, I would highly recommend these.  These make a perfect gift to yourself or someone else.  Absolutely one of my favorites in loungewear!  For more information and colors check out N2N Bodwear's website.

PostHeaderIcon Lands' End Pinpoint Dress Shirt - A Review

As a man who wears a dress shirt every day, I'm constantly on the look for a quality dress shirt.  The Lands' End Traditional Fit Buttondown No Iron Pinpoint Dress Shirt is my latest to try.

From a style perspective, I know there are mixed opinions on a buttondown collar.  For me, I like the look of a buttondown when I'm not wearing a tie.  The Lands' End Pinpoint Dress Shirt was a good look without a tie and much prefer it over a standard Oxford shirt.  Pinpoint over the standard Oxford has a finer thread to create a high-end fabric.  The Pinpoint also produces more sheer than the standard Oxford.   As a plus to being a Pinpoint Oxford, this shirt was also a no-iron short.  This feature was quite true.  After a day's wear, I had minimal wrinkles.  I did find, however, that I still needed to press the shirt after it was washed.  But, once pressed, it holds well.

The workmanship of this Lands' End shirt was solid.  I like that the shirt is available in a variety of colors.  The Pinpoint fabric is certainly more high-end than the traditional shirt, but quality was also evident in the seams and fastening of the buttons.  In addition, the back yoke (material that connects the back and shoulders) is mitered for a clean look and more comfort.  While I typically wear a fitted shirt, I didn't find this overly bulky as I do with some other brands due to my neck and arm size (but not gut).  For some reason, some brands think that if you have 34/35 arms and a 16.5 or 17" neck that you must also be fat - ughh.

I really did like this shirt overall and will be picking up a few extras in some of the other colors.  I enjoy tie-free Fridays and this shirt fits the bill.  At $30-$40 a shirt, they're reasonably priced.

Check out Lands' End for the entire selection.

PostHeaderIcon 3G Actualwear Safari Collection Review!

Be a Jungle Man Tonight!

I had the pleasure of reviewing another 3G Actualwear product.  This review is on the 3G Safari brief and shirt.  gets an average score from me. The Safari collection features an animal print look and is made from a sleek stretchy microfiber (90% polyester/10% spandex).
For the brief, the stetchy microfiber provided a great feeling and looking body-hugging fit.  It's a low-rise brief, which I liked, so it's great under lowrise pants or shorts.  I found the contoured pouch to be quite comfortable and was pleased to find full rear coverage.  In addition to the stretch microfiber, the brief also has a sexy mesh side panel.  The brief has flatlock stitching which really helps so you don't feel the rise of the seems.  Overall, a sexy little brief that's comfortable too - great fun as daily wear or evening wear (wink, wink).  The brief went great with the coordinating 3G Safari shirt.

For the t-shirt, it's made from the same stretchy microfiber for a sexy, and comfortable, body-hugging fit.  In combination with the microfiber, there were ventilated, sport mesh panels stitched in.  The mesh panels are found around the back of the next from the top to the shoulders.  Again with coordinating with the brief, you'll find the sexy safari animal print contrasting on the neck and sleeve openings.  The v-neck shirt, I must say, is quite unique from the other t-shirts I own.

These two together really are a fun, sexy, and comfortable combination.  Check 'em out!  If you're looking for something different from the brief, the 3G Safari collection also comes in a boxer-brief, thong, or string.
